Essentials — £99/month
For the smaller teams — 1 to 5 people, no server to worry about.
You get unlimited remote support (call or email us as much as you need), a monthly check-up on your systems so nothing sneaks up on you, and antivirus monitoring running quietly in the background. If something looks off, we usually catch it before you do.
Business — £249/month
Built for growing teams — 6 to 15 people.
Everything in Essentials, plus we take Office 365 off your plate entirely — user accounts, licences, security settings, all of it. We’ll pop in for a proper on-site visit once a quarter, and if something breaks, you jump the queue with same-day priority.
Pro — £499+/month
For bigger operations — 16 to 30 people.
Everything above, plus we’re actively watching every device on your network, not just reacting when something goes wrong. We check your backups actually work (not just that they exist), and you get one named person at Constantly IT who knows your setup — no re-explaining your problem to someone new every time.
What if I’m not sure I need a monthly plan?
