No jargon here either — just straight answers to the things people usually want to know before signing up.
I already call someone when things break. Why would I need a plan?
Honestly, if that’s working fine for you, keep doing it. Managed IT is for people who are tired of things breaking in the first place. We’re watching your systems in the background, so a lot of the “call someone” moments never happen at all.
What happens if I need more help than my plan covers?
We’d never leave you stuck. If something bigger comes up, we’ll either sort it as a one-off at a fair rate, or flag that it might be time to step up a tier — your call, not ours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone call trying to talk you out of it. If it’s not working for you, you leave.
Do you only work with businesses, or can individuals sign up too?
Mostly businesses for the monthly plans, since that’s where ongoing support makes the most sense. If you’re a home user, we’re still happy to help — just as one-off support rather than a retainer.
What if I’m not techy at all and don’t understand what’s wrong?
That’s most people, honestly. You don’t need to diagnose anything — just tell us what’s happening in your own words (“it’s slow,” “this keeps popping up,” “I can’t find my files”) and we’ll take it from there.
How quickly do you respond?
Essentials and Business plans get a response the same working day. Business and Pro plans get priority — if something’s urgent, you’re not waiting behind everyone else.
Do you come on-site, or is it all remote?
A bit of both. Most day-to-day stuff we can sort remotely, which is usually faster for you anyway. Business and Pro plans include a proper on-site visit every quarter, and we’ll always come out if something genuinely needs hands-on-keyboard.
What areas do you cover?
South London and the surrounding areas. If you’re a bit further out, get in touch anyway — we can usually still help, especially remotely.
